Panas Helping Hands are a small charity with a big impact! Based out of Panas Gurkha Restaurant in Lewisham, our small and dedicated team work tirelessly to deliver food and other essentials across South East London to those who are most vulnerable and in need. Our founder, Mr Sujan Katuswal, is originally from Nepal so we have an especially close connection with both the local Gurkha Veteran and Armed Forces Community, of which we are very proud.

Not only do we deliver food and supplies, we also look out for those in our community who need help and do what we can to do this. Whether that be bringing together like minded organisations, using our industry connections to gain support that may not have been there or just being a friendly face after a hard, we are completely and utterly devoted to our South East London Community and will continue to work tirelessly to improve it in every way we can.
